Main active ingredient ashwagandha
The carefully formulated Keepin' it Calm bears contain KSM-66 Ashwagandha as the main active ingredient – a patented form of ashwagandha, made using the ashwagandha root rather than the leaves.
Ashwagandha is known as 'sleep berry', as well as Indian ginseng, and provides a positive effect on mental exhaustion and weak musculature. The plant has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 3000 years and possesses numerous properties such as:
