How to use
- Primer the eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base for added color intensity.
- Apply to the eye area (eyelids and creases) with a 239S Eye Shader Brush, using a pressing motion to build color for a bolder look.
- Apply to the eye area with a 217S Blending Brush in a circular motion to blend the color for a diffused look.
