How to use
- Wrap 5 centimetres of dental floss around your middle finger.
- Gently guide the floss between your teeth to the gum line.
- Bend the floss so that it touches as much of the tooth surface as possible.
- Gently move the floss up and down. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth.
