Mediterranea Sun Compact Foundation

Mediterranea is the perfect symbiosis between the coverage performance of a balancing, matifying foundation and the skin-caring effect of a sunscreen with LSF 15, thanks to Smart Sun Protection, Collistar's provitamin D filter system.

The foundation is made of 77% natural ingredients and 93% care formula*. It is long-lasting - tested up to 8 hours - and has excellent resistance against water and sweat. 

Its silky-smooth, fluid texture spreads easily for an even teint. It gives the face a pleasant and natural light tan, ideal for 365 days a year. The formula with matte effect effectively combats shiny skin and evens out minor imperfections, improving the natural complexion without clogging pores, giving a radiant, typically Mediterranean glow. 

The skin-friendly clean formula** contains no cyclic silicones, is alcohol-, perfume- and mineral oil-free and is vegan. Enriched with a precious extract of sustainably grown Italian calendula, which has been proven to have a skin-soothing effect. UVA, UVB, IR filters as well as blue light filters against digital ageing protect the skin from the sun all year round.

The foundation is placed in a reusable jar that is made of 80% recycled plastic. The Mediterranea line comprises five individual items: The empty jar, which is sold separately, and 4 different shades, which are only available in the convenient refill version with sponges - an approach that underlines Collistar's significant commitment to sustainability and offers the possibility to buy only what is necessary, i.e. the refill, new.
