How to use
- Apply a oil before using the Gua Sha, as the skin can easily be injured during intensive öbations if it is not sufficiently oiled.
- Stroke from the middle of the forehead to the ear for 2–3 min.
- Stroke 2–3 min. with the small side over the eyelids to the ear and under the eyes to the ear.
- Stroke the large side from the upper and lower lip to the ear. Then from the tip of the chin along the bone to the ear.
- Stroke for 2–3 min. from the lower jaw over the cheeks to the upper jaw. Do the same from the underside of the jaw along the neck to the collarbone.
Tip:
After use, it is recommended to clean the roller with a gentle natural soap to remove possible residues of creams, serums etc.
