How to use
For the optimal smokey eye look, draw an eyelid line with the Tattoo Liner Smokey Gel Pencil.
- The width can be chosen as desired: a thin eyeliner for a more subtle look, and a wider eyeliner for a more dramatic look.
- After that, the eyeliner is blended with the rest of the lid, using the blender at the end of the liner.
- Starting with the outer corner of the eye, the eyeliner is blended upwards and – at will – to the side.
Pro tip: For a particularly expressive look, the liner can also be applied to the lower lash line and blended.
