How to use
Body Gua Sha
- Use a body oil or serum that provides ample slip.
- For lymphatic drainage, start in the middle of the chest and move the Gua Sha towards the heart.
- For the back and larger areas, start from the bottom and move upwards.
- For added pressure, use the smaller grooves and indentations on acupressure points.
- Use 2–3 times per week.
Facial Gua Sha
- Use it with a facial oil or serum that provides ample slip.
- Start in the middle of the face and scrape outward with firm pressure.
- Use the small indentation on the bridge of the nose, between the eyebrows, and on the jawbone, and the larger edges on the cheeks and forehead.
- Use it 3 times per week or as desired.
