How to use
- Wipe sweat or moisture from the skin before use.
- Remove the heat patch from the individual packaging, peel off the plastic strips, and immediately stick it on the back of the neck.
- Secure the heat patch so that the adhesive area does not wrinkle or come off. The adhesion of the heat patch may be affected by repeated removal and reapplication.
- Be careful not to stick the patch on the hair. Before application, move the hair to one side or tie it together.
- Do not apply direct pressure to the patch during use.
- When the patch has cooled, remove it gently. Do not reuse the patch. It is recommended to remove the patch before going to sleep.
