The Fructis Moisture-Boosting Shampoo by Garnier has been specifically developed for curly hair . Thanks to the power formula, all types of curls are nourished with ingredients such as 5% hyaluronic acid and sheaf fatty acids. This allows the hair to benefit from an effective moisture complex. This boosts curls after washing for up to 72 hours.
With the curl shampoo, hair is instantly tamed and a natural hair feel is promoted. The moisture shampoo has been developed by experts for the needs of curly hair and is suitable for the Curly Hair method. Additionally, the tube body is made of 100% recycled plastic.

The Fructis Curls Method Moisture-Boosting Pre-Shampoo has been specifically developed for all types of curls. The proven formula provides up to 100 hours of moisture, revitalises curly hair and gives a stunning shine.
Thanks to a unique moisture complex made from hyaluronic acid and sheaf fatty acids the hair is intensively cared for and supplied with valuable moisture. The pre-shampoo specifically targets dry and brittle curls. For a natural hair feel, the vegan formula is silicone-free.

The Curls Method Moisture-Boosting Hair Mask has been specifically developed and tested for all curl types. How to use
Curls Method Shampoo
- Apply the N° 1 shampoo to the wet scalp at the roots and gently massage in with smooth movements.
- After lathering, rinse the hair thoroughly with water.
- The Curls Method hair care routine is completed with the use of N° 0 Pre-Shampoo, N° 2 Hair Mask, and N° 3 Hair Care Spray.
Curls Method Pre-shampoo
- Apply directly to the wet lengths before using the N° 1 shampoo and leave it on for at least 5 minutes.
- Then, rinse the N° 0 Pre-Shampoo thoroughly to optimally prepare the curls for the final steps of the care routine.
- Continue with the N° 2 Hair Mask and N° 3 Hair Care Spray to give your hair a breathtaking shine.
Curls Method Mask
- Before applying the N° 2 Hair Mask, thoroughly wash and rinse the hair with N° 0 Pre-Shampoo and N° 1 Shampoo.
- The hair mask can then be applied in two different ways.
- 1. As a mask: Apply the mask generously to the damp lengths, gently massage, and let it sit.
- 2. As a leave-in: Alternatively, apply to damp or dry ends without rinsing. Complete the hair care routine with the N° 3 Hair Care Spray and style the hair as usual.
Curls Method Treatment
- After N° 0 Pre-Shampoo, N° 1 Shampoo, and N° 2 Hair Mask, spray the N° 3 Hair Care Spray onto the still-damp curls to finish the hair care routine on wash days.
- Then gently scrunch the hair and twist carefully to achieve well-defined curls.
- The curl spray is also suitable for use between washes. Simply spray the Hair Care Spray on dry curls, gently scrunch, and carefully twist to revive the bounce of the curls.
