How to use
Recommended consumption: Consume 1 ampoule once daily.
Instructions for use:
- Turn the cap clockwise (see arrows on the cap) until the protective chamber opens and the B12 powder is released.
- Shake the bottle well.
- Unscrew the cap counterclockwise (to the left) and drink the liquid.
