The NADH + Q10 capsules consist of two coenzymes: on the one hand, NADH, which is also referred to as coenzyme 1 and is the biologically active form of vitamin B3 (niacin). On the other hand, the capsules contain coenzyme Q10. The two coenzymes support, among other things, our respiratory chain (in the mitochondria).
With just 1 capsule, you receive 20 mg of NADH and 100 mg of coenzyme Q10. Because the capsules are produced using the patented PANMOL process, it is ensured that the valuable ingredients are well bioavailable and not destroyed by stomach acid.
