How to use
- Place the brush of the Manhattan Wonder'Bond Bonding Serum Mascara at the base of the lashes and move it in a zig-zag motion to the tips.
- Also capture the fine hairs in the corners of the eyes and then apply the mascara to the lower lash line.
- For a more intense look, repeat the first two steps until you are satisfied with the result.
