The primer is simply applied as a volumising base before mascara. The rich formulation with argan, jojoba, and coconut oil ensures smoothness and care.

How to use
- Apply the Manhattan Boosting Primer to your unmade-up eyelashes.
- Position the brush close to the lash line and move it in a zig-zag motion to the tips. Slightly curl your lashes upwards while doing this.
- Once the primer is dry, you can use your coloured mascara as usual.
