How to use
- No mixing necessary.
- Gently wash hair with your favourite John Frieda shampoo.
- Use a walnut-sized amount of the nourishing colour treatment for shoulder-length hair, adjusting the amount to your individual hair length.
- Work into wet hair and leave on for 2–5 minutes to refresh the blonde tone. The effect varies depending on the exposure time and hair structure.
- Use as needed. Ideally after every 2nd to 3rd hair wash, alternating with your regular John Frieda conditioner.
- Rinse thoroughly.
