Intensive Anti-Imperfection Concentrate for oily to acne-prone skin, tested on 4600 users. The Avène Dermatological Laboratories have unique expertise in the field of microcomedones and have now revealed the involvement of microinflammation in their development. Thanks to Comedoclastin**, with patented properties, the new Comedomed+, now enriched with Niacinamide, offers a comprehensive effect to combat the formation of skin imperfections. It reduces blemishes, blackheads, and improves the appearance of acne scars with a 1-year* anti-relapse effect.


The formulation contains a variety of dermatological active ingredients:

  • 25% Comedoclastin**: with sebum-reducing activity, reduces skin imperfections.
  • 4% Niacinamide: improves the appearance of pores and softens acne scars.
  • Enriched with soothing Avène Thermal Spring Water.


A light gel-cream that moisturises and absorbs quickly with a non-greasy finish. Apply morning and evening to skin cleansed with a Cleanance cleansing product. Suitable from 9 years old, alone or alongside medicinal acne treatment.
