Ingredients:
Milk protein isolate (milk) (96%), flavourings, colouring foodstuff: beetroot powder; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; rapeseed oil powder (maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, anticaking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifiers: sorbitan monostearate, lecithin; antioxidants: tocopherols), colour: beta-carotene.
How to use
For 1 serving, mix 30 g of powder (= 4 tbsp) with 500 ml of water.
Recommended intake: 2 servings per day. Protein intake, together with a normal diet, must not exceed 2 g of protein per kg of body weight per day: Art. 38 para. 4 - VLBE. Ideally, take 1 serving directly after training.
