Ingredients:
Hydrolysed pea protein (70%), maltodextrin, acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavours, L-methionine, rapeseed oil powder (maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifiers: sorbitan monostearate, lecithin; antioxidants: extracts rich in tocopherols), L-tryptophan, sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; colouring food: spirulina concentrate; colour: beta-carotene.
How to use
For 1 serving, mix 30 g of powder (= 4 tbsp) with 500 ml of water.
Recommended intake: 2 servings per day. Protein intake, together with a normal diet, must not exceed 2 g of protein per kg of body weight per day: Art. 38 para. 4 - VLBE. Ideally, take 1 serving directly after training.
