How to use
- Add 25 g = 3 tablespoons of myline protein blend to 350 ml of low-fat milk or water and whisk with an electric mixer/shaker or stir with a fork/whisk.
- 2 servings per day.
- It is particularly recommended to consume a shake after training and as a snack during the day.
