Wholemeal spelt flour, whey protein, milk protein (casein), skimmed milk powder, thickener guar gum, raising agent sodium hydrogen carbonate, egg white (chicken egg white, acidity regulator citric acid), flavouring, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin).
How to use
- Mix 50 g of powder with 100 ml of water using a whisk and cook small pancakes in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.
