Usage & Tips: We recommend 5–10 g of True Collagen daily for your wellness routine. Simply add one measuring scoop (Ritual Scoop) or 2 heaped teaspoons to your favourite drink or stir it into food. It is flavourless and odourless.
How to prepare perfectly:
- Start with the liquid: Always add the powder to the drink – not the other way around.
- Warm is ideal: True Collagen dissolves especially well in warm drinks.
- Sprinkle from a height: This helps the powder distribute better in the glass.
- Wait briefly instead of stirring immediately: Let the powder sink for about 30 seconds before stirring – ideal for a short, mindful breath in between. It may take a little longer with creamy drinks.
