How to use
Consume the contents of one drinking bottle daily.
Instructions for use:
- Turn the cap clockwise (see arrows on the cap) firmly until the protective chamber opens and the powder is released.
- Shake the bottle well.
- Turn the cap counterclockwise (to the left) and drink the liquid.
