How do I care for dry and sensitive skin on my body?
Our skin is exposed to various influences in everyday life. So it's no wonder that it sometimes reacts with dryness, irritation, redness or even itching. To ensure that your skin receives rich yet gentle care, you can pay attention to the following:
Look out for fragrance-free products.
Use moisturizing care.
Cleanse skin with a gentle cleanser.
-
What helps against pimples on the back?
Pimples on the back can have various causes: Hormonal fluctuations, stress or even insufficient sun protection are just a few of them. If you have oily skin on your shoulders and back, the right care can prevent the formation of new pimples on your back and promote the healing of inflammatory skin changes. The solution is oil-free cleansing and care products that have been specially developed for acne skin. The Cleanance cleansing gel from Avène, for example, is ideal for this.

How do I use a body scrub?
The best way to use it is in the shower. Put a little scrub of your choice in your damp palms and spread it over your body in circular movements. You can massage the body scrub into your legs and back with a little more pressure. And you can use a larger amount of body scrub on your knees and elbows and massage for longer, as the skin is usually particularly rough there.
Leave it on for a while and then rinse it off with a gentle stream of warm water. That's it. -
Is roll-on or spray deodorant better?
There is no winner here, just your clear preference.
For an extra boost of freshness or if you want to share your deodorant with someone from time to time, the spray is certainly more suitable.
A deodorant roller, on the other hand, can be used by people with respiratory diseases without any problems and is much more economical than a spray because it is easier to dose. However, it is advisable to only use the roller alone, as the dosing roller comes into contact with the skin.
