How to use
- For optimal results, first thoroughly brush your teeth.
- Then remove the larger strip from the foil and apply it to the upper teeth.
- Fold the rest of the strip over the back of the teeth and press it firmly.
- Repeat this step with the smaller strip on the lower teeth.
- Now simply let the gel strips work overnight.
- Remove the strips the next morning and rinse your mouth well.
- Repeat the application as needed until you achieve the desired result.
