Bio-7 is a high-quality baby food made from 7 selected organic cereals of the highest quality. Bio-7 is purely vegetable and enables a gentle introduction to complementary feeding.
The cereals are grown according to organic guidelines and are processed very carefully.

Ingredients:
Organic rice flour 45%, organic barley flour 18%, organic millet flour 15%, organic rye flour 7%, organic spelt flour 5%, organic oat flour 5%, organic corn flour 5%, antioxidant (extracts containing strong tocopherols), thiamine (vitamin B1).
How to use
The preparation of Bio-7 is simple and offers a lot of flexibility in use:
Porridge with follow-on milk:
- Boil 100 ml of water.
- Let it cool down to approx. 45°C.
- Add approx. 2 tablespoons* of Bio-7 and 3 measuring spoons of powdered milk and mix.
Porridge with cow's milk (after 12 months at the earliest):
- Add approx. 2 tablespoons* of Bio-7 to 120 ml of warm cow's milk.
- Stir.
Homemade porridge: Add about 1 tablespoon* of Bio-7. Fruit and vegetable meals become more filling with the addition of Bio-7.
Nutritious drink with cow's milk (after 12 months at the earliest):
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of Bio-7 per 100 ml directly to the already prepared bottle.
- Shake well.
Notes:
- Bio-7 can also be used in combination with breast milk.
- When using a bottle, change the teat beforehand (e.g. porridge teat, XL teat).
*Tablespoon slightly heaped, about 10 g.
