Perskindol Cool Gel Arnica relieves bruises after contusions, crushes, strains, and dislocations. It contains cooling and pain-relieving ingredients. The active ingredients arnica and menthol penetrate the skin and act directly on the underlying tissues and joints.

How to use
For adults and children from 3 years old.
- Unless otherwise prescribed, apply the gel in a thin layer (depending on the size of the painful area, a strip 3 to 5 cm long) and massage in.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
- Use up to 5 times daily as needed.
Follow the dosage indicated in the package leaflet or prescribed by your doctor. If you think Perskindol Cool Gel Arnica is too weak or too strong, consult your doctor, pharmacist, or druggist.
The use and safety of Perskindol Cool Gel Arnica in young children has not been tested.
