Warranty:

• The product is covered when used as intended according to the instructions. In the event of malfunction or damage, parts and repairs will be provided free of charge within one year from the date of purchase.
• Product defects or damage caused by human error, misuse or improper use are excluded from the warranty.
• Severe collisions or impacts, excessively high or low power supply voltages, as well as product defects or damage caused by unavoidable circumstances, are excluded from the warranty.
• For the above cases not covered by the warranty, the distributor will decide whether a repair is possible and will charge for parts and repair costs.
• This warranty clause applies only to products purchased and used by consumers for personal use, not for industrial or commercial use.

The following people should not use this product:

• Children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
• People with allergies, skin injuries, any existing inflammation, eczema, swelling, skin diseases, atopic dermatitis or sensitive skin.
• People with mental illnesses, and people with a pacemaker or other devices.
• People with fever and other physical abnormalities, heart disease, serious illnesses, acute illnesses, malignant tumours, tuberculosis, blood disorders and other symptoms.
• People with dental implants, braces and crowns, as well as people who have previously had Botox, hyaluronic acid, or other aesthetic facial treatments. Please consult your doctor before use.

Further information:

• Do not use on the eyes, eye area, eyeballs, wounds, plastic parts, neck or larynx, over the heart, etc.
• If you experience discomfort during use, stop using immediately and seek medical help.
• The tool should not be used for prolonged periods. Excessive use may cause skin problems. Do not exceed use of a maximum of 2–3 times per week for 5 minutes each time.
• Do not immerse the tool in water or other liquids.
• Do not store the tool near a source of fire, heat it, or use it at very high ambient temperatures. Store in a normally tempered, dry and ventilated place.
• If the tool is damaged by bumps or drops, please do not continue to use it.
• Do not modify, disassemble or repair the tool yourself. For repairs, please contact the distributor or manufacturer directly.
• Keep the tool away from strong electromagnetic fields, such as induction, during use.
• Do not use accessories that are not included in the scope of delivery.
• Do not twist, kink, forcibly pull out, wrap around the device or otherwise damage the charging cable, as this may cause fire or a short circuit. If the charging cable is damaged or becomes hot, stop using it immediately.
• Do not use the tool with essential oils.
• Use only with serums and oils specifically for Face Yoga.
• This product is an electronic device for home use and is not intended for diagnostic purposes.

EMS Serum

1. Apply 3–6 drops of the EMS Serum to the face, neck and décolleté morning and evening after cleansing.
2. Gently pat in the serum and then continue with your usual skincare routine.
3. For use with the EMS Gua Sha: Apply the EMS Serum generously to the skin and then use the EMS Gua Sha as usual.
