How to use
Application at the base: Apply the fresh color cream in fine departments at the base. Leave on for 30-45 min.
Application natural hair: Apply the fresh color cream first to lengths and tips until the desired lightening is achieved. Then apply to the roots and leave on for another 30-45 min.
Apply to dry, untreated hair. Use with BlondMe Premium Developers 9% and 12%.
