How to use

Preparation:

  1. Place 1 sachet (69 g) in 150 ml of cold water.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at 600 watts, stir with a fork.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes afterwards and enjoy.


Weight control with Modifast:
