Organic Oat-Spelt is a high-quality and well-tolerated baby food made from the best organic spelt, selected organic oats and nutritious organic barley. Organic Oat Spelt is purely vegetarian and enables a gentle introduction to complementary feeding.
The grains are grown in accordance with organic guidelines and are processed with great care.

Ingredients
Organic oat flour 58% (AT, DE, CZ, LT, PL, SK) , organic spelt flour 22%, organic barley flour 20% , antioxidant (extracts containing strong tocopherols), thiamine (vitamin B1).
How to use
The preparation of Organic Oat-Spelt is simple and offers a lot of flexibility in use:
Porridge with follow-on milk:
- Boil 100 ml of water.
- Let it cool down to approx. 45°C.
- Add approx. 2 tablespoons* of Organic Oat-Spelt and 3 measuring spoons of powdered milk and mix.
Porridge with cow's milk (after 12 months at the earliest):
- Add approx. 2 tablespoons* of Organic Oat-Spelt to 120 ml of warm cow's milk.
- Stir.
Homemade porridge: Add about 1 tablespoon* of Organic Oat-Spelt. Fruit and vegetable meals become more filling with the addition of Organic Oat-Spelt.
Nutritious drink with cow's milk (after 12 months at the earliest):
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of Organic Oat-Spelt per 100 ml directly to the already prepared bottle.
- Shake well.
Notes:
- Organic Oat-Spelt can also be used in combination with breast milk.
- When using a bottle, change the teat beforehand (e.g. porridge teat, XL teat).
- Store in a cool, dry place.
